Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the Pathology Analyzer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for web access that was created by Maz Solie (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application collects information when you register through Google OAuth authentication, upload pathology reports for analysis, and submit data through our web forms. We use this information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process and analyze pathology reports, authenticate users and manage accounts, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and secure our platform.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
We use third-party services including Google OAuth for authentication and Google's Gemini API for data analysis. Please review their privacy policies for information on how they handle your data. Your pathology reports and analysis results are stored securely in our database and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements), and opt-out of certain data processing activities. Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission.
